Can I return the tampons?
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our products. We want to offer you the best possible service and explain here when a return or refund is possible:
In these cases, we offer you a refund:

Medical Reaction: If you had a medical reaction to the tampons. Please contact your doctor. And please inform us in this case as well.

Order Not Received: If your order has not arrived.

Allegedly Defective Products: Our tampons deliberately contain no bleaches. Should you notice a discoloration, it comes from the CBD oil – this is completely normal and does not affect safety. If there is still a product defect, please contact us.

Cancellation Before Shipping: If you have already paid, but your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it.
Partial refunds are possible if:

Damaged Packaging: The packaging of your order was severely damaged upon delivery. Please send us photos so we can understand the situation.

Bundle Cancellation: You wish to cancel your subscription, but the current box has already been shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if:
